Position Summary

Fortune 5 CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for a Manager, Application Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the Optimization and Automation initiative in the finance organization. CVS Health is in the midst of a finance transformation and opportunities to improve processes and have an influence on the direction of the company abound.

As the Manager, Application Developer you will have an understanding of processes to be automated using primarily Automation Anywhere, Dataiku, Tableau, SQL Server, Python and similar applications. You will form part of the Process Excellence and Innovation team and be critical in all aspects of the robotics, AI, and automation initiatives for Finance.

You will support the CVS Finance Excellence initiative, which drives a culture of process excellence and innovation by identifying and implementing opportunities for value creation, cost reduction, and improved expense management. Leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology, this initiative streamlines and optimizes finance processes across the organization.

The successful candidate will excel in providing strategic oversight across multiple related projects, ensuring they align to and advance broader organizational objectives. They will also demonstrate strong Business Partner engagement skills and a solid foundation in process improvement strategy. Additionally, the candidate will have knowledge of Automation Anywhere or a similar RPA tool and boast a varied tool kit of programming understanding and use case knowledge: SQL, SAP Cloud Analytics and Finance knowledge. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, custom virtual agents, and Copilot Studio is highly valued.

Aligning and collaboration with business partners on problematic manual processes like data entry, manual accounting, data manipulation, functionality gaps in systems, and ineffective manual controls are all examples of some of the tasks that this role could take on.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience within Finance, IT, or Analytics.
• Experience working with Automation Anywhere, Dataiku, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Generative AI, custom virtual agents, Copilot Studio.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
