Hourly pay : $30 / hr Worksite : Leading medical institution (Los Angeles, CA 90095 - Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours / week, 2 Month Assignment One of the most prestigious and well-known universities is seeking an HR Representative. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Service Now, Visual Vault, and HR Web applications.

HR Representative Qualifications :

• 1-3 years of customer service experience working in an internal HR, WFA, or benefits environment as a subject matter expert in one functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Service Now, Visual Vault, and HR Web applications.
• Ability to provide world-class customer service.
• Ability and judgment to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to keep abreast of constantly changing University systems, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of university personnel and payroll policies and procedures.
