Job Summary:
Lone Star Neonatology is seeking board certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our established and growing practice supporting seven Medical City facilities across the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice high acuity neonatal care within a collaborative, well resourced, and education focused group. Our team prides itself on delivering clinical excellence, fostering continuous learning, and supporting a healthy work life balance.
Our NICUs are primarily Level III with a strong and steady MFM referral base, offering a diverse and rewarding clinical experience. You will join a collegial group of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Neonatologists who rotate through several Medical City NICUs, ensuring shared knowledge, consistent practice standards, and a flexible schedule. Call is shared equally among Neonatologists, and our APPs benefit from a supportive environment grounded in evidence based medicine and a commitment to exceptional patient outcomes.
