Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Payroll Administrator to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $35.00 to $38.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Resolve payroll and time & attendance issues promptly and accurately.
  • Process biweekly payroll and approve time-off balances.
  • Run exception reports and review payroll system dashboards for accuracy.

Requirements :

  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products and payroll systems.
  • Possess strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processing practices.
  • Apply regulatory requirements to payroll and HR operations effectively.
  • Administer HR information systems to ensure reliable and accurate data.
  • Communicate best practices for payroll and people operations to stakeholders.

    • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in multi-state payroll processing.
  • Show experience with UKG Pro, Kronos, or similar payroll platforms.
  • Manage annual and quarterly tax filings with accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle new employee tax setup from onboarding through first payroll cycle.
  • Complete reporting tasks such as VOE requests, BLS reporting, and new hire documentation.
