What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

• Personal Connection: Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and dressing with dignity.
  
  
• Movement & Wellness: Support mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
  
  
• Health Monitoring: Provide adjunct patient care, monitor food intake, and provide vital medication reminders.
  
  
• Observation: Keep a keen eye on client wellbeing and communicate changes to the team.
  
  

What Youll Need (Qualifications)

• Certification: Active Rhode Island CNA License (or eligible for reciprocity).
  
  
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
  
  
• Reliability: A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are a must.
  
  
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills for daily reporting.
