Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a

• Service Desk Technician

• . The role involves providing
• first-level phone, email, and chat support
• for end-user issues, including troubleshooting account lockouts and assisting with Active Directory and email migrations. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, the ability to follow corporate policies, and experience with
• Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory
• , and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Prior help desk experience and ITIL certification are a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Evansville, IN.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 / hr.
