Central Billing Associate

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in business or related field, Accounting preferred; and/or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workload to meet time sensitive deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Demonstrate professional, tactful problem solving, analytical, and negotiation skills with personal presence to interface with decision makers.
• Demonstrate an understanding of when to proceed alone and when to seek assistance.
• Ability to use office equipment such as computer terminal and keyboard, calculator, copier, and facsimile machine.
• Ability to speak into and adequately hear voices from telephone equipment to conduct frequent two-way conversations in the performance of this position’s duties.
• Firm, fluent grasp of the English language with excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels of life experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel required, Word experience a plus.
