MW Partners is currently seeking a Technical Specialist / Scientist to work for our client who is a well-known leading utilities company.

Responsibilities and duties :

  • Processing FAN PCC EPT forms and supporting end-point testing for field equipment
  • Performing data validation equipment validation and resolving mismatches
  • Updating and maintaining mapping & modeling records for automated devices and grid assets
  • Contributing to wildfire mitigation efforts through protective device support
  • Assisting with documentation reporting and compliance activities

Requirements :

  • 2 years of engineering experience preferably in distribution systems or field operations.
  • Experience with CYME or similar power system analysis software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Access Visio).
