Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and creative Sales Manager to lead and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness for Pillar To Post and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing campaigns across multiple channels, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical mindset. You will work closely with the company owner to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of our products and services. Position will require a heavy emphasis on direct customer contact and building & developing relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Heavy emphasis on direct customer contact

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.

Manage digital marketing efforts such as email marketing, and social media.

Networking events and presentations

Office visits and developing relationships with real estate professionals and brokerages

Plan and execute events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications :

Relevant work experience

Strong knowledge of sales / marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
