We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Coffee and Food Operations Manager with a potential ownership opportunity to help lead and grow our coffee shop. This role is ideal for someone passionate about managing a coffee shop and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop.
- Manage and support baristas.
- Ensure the facility is fully stocked, clean, and well-maintained each day.
- Open the shop on time and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- Ensure all employees are well-trained, maintain quality service, and exhibit a positive customer service attitude.
