Knowledge of Tools : Helpful but not mandatory. College Degree : Is a plus but not required. Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach for up to 8 hours Ability to lift or move heavy instruments (up to 50 pounds for short distances) Clean driving record for the past 3 years Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Initial Responsibilities :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of National Calibration Inc and our clients. Your initial responsibilities will include :
- Customer Service : Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first attitude.
- Sales Support : Engage with customers to promote our services, help manage leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Appointment Scheduling & Coordination : Organize appointments and coordinate the receipt and delivery of customer equipment, ensuring schedules are optimized and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Client Data Management : Use our in-house designed software to maintain accurate client records, track service needs, and monitor equipment status.
- Task Management : Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all responsibilities are completed on time and in alignment with company goals.
