Sales Manager — Base Salary + Commission

Location : 1567 James Road, Bakersfield, CA

Simple Power is growing fast, and we are looking for a high-level Sales Manager to lead our sales force, recruiting efforts, and training program. This role is for someone who is sharp, experienced, and ready to grow with a leading solar installer in Bakersfield.

What We’re Looking For

You do not need prior solar experience. If you come from insurance, home services, door-to-door, financial services, telecom, or any strong sales background, you are encouraged to apply.

What is required is real sales leadership, the ability to train and hold reps accountable, and the drive to build a winning sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales team performance and KPI tracking
• Recruit and onboard new sales representatives
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and skill development
• Hold sales reps accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
• Manage team communication, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
• Collaborate with leadership to execute growth strategies
• Maintain Simple Power’s high standards of professionalism and customer service
