IMPACT X Performance is a community-driven strength and performance facility focused on helping members build confidence, capability, and long-term results. We are expanding our coaching team and seeking a certified, energetic, and reliable Coach who leads with both skill and attitude.

Position Overview

The Coach will lead group fitness classes, small group training (3–6 people), and private 1:1 sessions. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, passionate about helping others succeed, and comfortable coaching in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach group classes with energy, clarity, and motivation

• Lead small group training sessions (3–6 members)

• Provide private personal training sessions

• Ensure proper technique, safety, and member progression

• Conduct assessments and track member progress

• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional member experience

• Maintain a clean, organized, professional training space

• Represent the IMPACT X Performance culture and brand
