Position Details
The Clinical Specialist is responsible for the training of staff in the DDTT/ITS product line, provides clinical consultation to teams as needed, and assists with program implementation. The Clinical Specialist also supports the development of DDTT/ITS employees and the quality of services delivered.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
- Two years experience providing treatment services to individuals with diagnosis of IDD and/or MH.
- One year experience providing clinical supervision to staff.
Non-licensed clinician must have increased direct supervision by a licensed professional and must be actively working toward licensure. - Have knowledge in behavior modification techniques such as Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
Preferred:
- Current and unrestricted clinical license in PA, OH or CA OR
NADD-Clinical Certification OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
