The Plumbing Superintendent is a hands‑on field leader responsible for driving performance, safety, quality, and efficiency on large‑scale construction projects in Dallas, TX. You will oversee all onsite plumbing activities—leading crews, coordinating production, and ensuring every plumbing installation meets strict plumbing codes, aggressive schedule expectations, and high‑level quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate, mentor, and train field project team members to ensure exceptional performance.
• Plan, organize, and direct production for all contracted plumbing scopes.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, inspectors, general contractors, and trade partners.
• Participate in project meetings to proactively identify and resolve conflicts before they impact schedules.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting strict schedule and quality expectations.
• Ensure all plumbing installations meet company quality standards, IPC requirements, and local plumbing codes.
• Oversee material procurement and personnel allocation to support schedule commitments.

• Basic computer and written communication skills.
