A company is looking for a Senior Workday Configuration Analyst to lead and optimize Workday configuration activities across various HR modules.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, support, and optimize Workday US Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits modules
Lead testing and deployment of configuration changes and enhancements
Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and user documentation
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience in the Workday ecosystem with Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits modules
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
Proven ability to translate technical concepts into a business context
Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously and lead others
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
