Platform Engineer IV

A company is looking for a Platform Engineer IV (EKS & Observability) to manage the infrastructure backbone of U.S. healthcare transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Kubernetes (EKS / Istio) control plane at enterprise scale

Lead tooling and support for observability and logging with a focus on reliability

Oversee EC2 application deployment pipelines and other mission-critical internal platforms in AWS

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience

7-10 years of relevant technical and business experience in IT systems delivery, operations, and support

3+ years of experience leading technical engineering efforts involving IT systems management

Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes / EKS administration and AWS services

Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk and New Relic
