Key Responsibilities
Engage prospects across multiple channels to guide them into product trials through thoughtful interactions
Act as a trusted guide to help prospects understand use cases, value, and outcomes
Partner with Product Marketing and Demand teams to align messaging and convert engagement into trial activation
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in business development or customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS
Experience in a product-led growth, freemium, or trial-led growth model
Strong understanding of buyer behavior and value discovery before purchase
Data-aware and comfortable using engagement signals to prioritize efforts
Ability to thrive in high-growth startup environments with evolving priorities
