Receptionist at David Simpson Hospice House

Do you enjoy interacting with others? We are need of personable and friendly volunteers to support the Reception Desk. The desk is supported by volunteers 7 days a week from 9am until 9pm. Volunteers have the option of having a weekly 3-hour shift or providing back-up when another scheduled volunteer is unable to support their shift. We are currently in need of (but not limited to) additional weekend support, specifically Friday & Saturday shifts from 6pm-9pm. Responsibilities include screening visitors, collaborating among hospice house staff, and assisting with directing visitors.

David Simpson Hospice House, a residential, in-patient unit that can support up to 40 patients and accommodations for their families and visitors. This facility is located on the beautiful Lake Erie Shore between St. Joseph-Villa Angela High School and Euclid Hospital.
