Preferred : AA / BA in ECE (including 24 units ECE / CD including core courses + 16 GE units). Permit : Must have a current Child Development Teacher Permit from the CTC Preferred : Experience working with children with special needs Education : Must have a minimum of 24 units of Early Childhood Education (including 6 units specific to infant / toddler care) and meet permit requirements. Preferred : AA / BA in ECE / CD (and coursework meeting CA Child Care Licensing requirements for fully qualified infant / toddler teacher - 24 core units, 6 infant / toddler specific). Permit : Must have a current Child Development Teacher Permit from the CTC Preferred : Experience working with children with special needs Education : Must have a minimum of 12 college-level semester / equivalent quarter units (covering child / human growth and development, child / family / community, and program / curriculum). For Infant / Toddler classrooms : 6 ECE units must be infant / toddler specific Permit : Must have an Associate-level Permit from the CTC For Floats : May be asked to work in different classrooms on different days. Flexibility Desired Preferred : Experience working with children with special needs
