Responsibilities
Prepare quotations for National Account customers.
Prepare product comparisons and other sales presentation materials.
May assist order process and installation coordination between vendors and customers or review acknowledgements for repetitive specification fleet orders and standardized equipment needs.
Responsible for collecting, coordinating, and disseminating information which may include prelim calculations, permits, material counts and pricing or engineering authorization requests, end-of-lease truck information, and special pricing for batteries,VFORCE charger stand projects, attachments, and other accessories.
Enlist support and ensure participation from local retailers in supporting the company’s National Account customers.
Schedule, coordinate and follow up on product demonstrations, concerns, and rentals, VFORCE charger stand layouts, parts, and implementations as needed.
Interact with customers, in concert with the New Bremen Support groups, company retailers and vendors to gather application specifics to support National Account customers.
Serve as liaison with company engineering, coordinators, corporate Inside Sales Reps and vendors as needed.
Take phone calls from National Account customers as needed.
Answer customer questions or follow through on getting customers answers.
Help build customer confidence in the company’s national support system.
Keep the National Account Managers and/ or Warehouse Solutions Specialist informed of any customer communications, sharing customer feedback and providing up to date information that requires response and retailer execution on various needs.
Travel as needed to deliver required support.
Minimum Qualifications
2-4 years related experience
High school graduate or equivalent
Must have valid driving privileges
Occasional travel (0-5%)
Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor degree, preferably in Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Sales, or related business major.
Basic computer skills including working knowledge of SRA and Microsoft Office programs; excellent communication, relationship building, and time management skills; problem solving capabilities; strong sense of urgency, responsibility and self-motivation; attention to detail and the ability to work within a teamed environment that would include corporate personnel as well as the retail Branch/Dealer network are necessary.
Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours when necessary to prepare for sales activities.
