Key Responsibilities :

  • Be the First Point of Contact : Greet and assist onsite guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly : Handle data entry, filing, and organize appointments and events.
  • Support Payroll Management : Help with collecting and verifying timesheets, entering payroll data, and managing payroll liabilities.
  • Communication and Correspondence : Draft memos, letters, and forms, and provide excellent customer service when answering calls and emails.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : Previous experience in office administration is highly preferred.
  • Skills : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
  • Attention to Detail : You thrive in a role where accuracy and organization are key to success.
