- Perform moderately complex cable builds and repairs.
- Conduct high-voltage testing of cable.
- Perform cable splicing and repairs.
- Perform cable spooling activities.
- Complete required testing documentation accurately.
- Perform repetitive, hands-on cable and machine work.
- Stand for extended periods while performing job duties.
- Follow strict safety standards in a safety-sensitive work environment.
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to industrial hazards and extreme conditions.
- Basic electrical background due to the safety-critical nature of the role.
- Forklift experience.
- Mechanical aptitude, including automotive, diesel, shop, or mechanical background.
- Strong safety mindset.
- High hand dexterity for splicing and cable manipulation.
