Job Description

Healthcare is looking for an  experienced  CRNA with  regional block and OB experience  in Cadillac.  Must be willing to be in call rotation.

1 FTE with call rotation 1 day a week and 1 weekend a month

Shift description below :

• Shift times (during the week) :  0700am -0500pm
• Shift times (call during the week) : 05 : 30pm-07 : 00am
• Days and shift times (weekend call) : 0700am – 0700am
• Documentation System / EMR : Plexus
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day : 25
• Trauma Level / Designation : 3
• Annual ER Volume : 23555
• Description of OR Staff : Four part-time MDA's. three full-time CRNA's
• Number of Operating Rooms :  5
• Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) :  all 3- BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Patient Age Demographic (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric) : All Ages
• Will call be in house? No
• Additional cases : Ortho, general surgery, scopes, dental, uro
• No supervision, provider will work independently
