[job_card.job_description]Pay : From $19.00 per hour Weekends as needed The Engineer position is a behind the scenes role that is responsible for the day-to-day general maintenance at each of our facilities This position requires physical activity including standing, walking, climbing, stooping, reaching and ability to lift 50 pounds Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures Performs routine maintenance on building systems Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance Performs other related duties as assigned These positions value guests and are committed to providing a positive impression while delivering World Class Service These position play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for our guests and employees GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE includes : Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures Performs routine maintenance on building systems Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED required
- Must successfully complete pre-employment background check screening
- Flexible work schedule, willing to work irregular hours and shifts including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with complete knowledge of safety in the workplace
- Ability to work with job-related tools
- Effective written and oral communication
- Excellent attendance, time management, and attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of state and local codes
- Must successfully complete pre-employment background check screening
- Ability to work with job-related tools

- Knowledge of healthcare facilities - preferred
- Must have working knowledge of electrical, plumbing systems and fire systems
