Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist-Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform coder audits based on the established system plan

Distribute audit findings to the appropriate stakeholders

Create corrective actions for coding, billing, and documentation issues

Required Qualifications

Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or equivalent licensure preferred

High school diploma / GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required

1 year of experience required

Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed

Experience in coding and auditing healthcare preferred
