Ability to maintain punctual attendance. Must acquire food handler / servsafe certification within 30 days of hire. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of food and wine served in both oral and mock service tests. Ability to work in a fast paced and potentially high stress environment. Ability to consistently execute all tasks to the highest standard.
CENTO RAW BAR Server / Bartender
Job Summary : We are looking to expand our team with experienced servers and bartenders
This position is to provide great customer service while demonstrating knowledge in all food and beverages served at CENTO.
Responsibilities :
- Support all staff in order to maintain great service and cleanliness.
- Set up the restaurant following opening checklist.
- Actively engage with guests in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain speed of service.
- Educate guests on dishes and wines served
- Follow all health, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Have full knowledge and understanding of all menu items.
- Knowledgeable on all common food allergies.
- Assist as needed with any training for new employees.
- Always act with integrity.
- Execute all tasks and functions in a timely manner.
- Always be willing to participate in all training.
- Always report incidents of any nature to management in a timely manner.
- Close the restaurant following closing checklist.
