POSITION DUTIES Discharge planning

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS BLS

CA license

Previous case management experience

Minimum 2 years clinical experience as an RN in an acute care setting required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Interqual Knowledge

Demonstrated ability to utilize / apply the general and specialized principles, practices, techniques and methods of Utilization review / management

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday-Friday 8 : 00-5 : 30
