Sales Representative Salt Lake City, UT

Lifespan Bath Remodel is growing fast, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Salt Lake City team. This position focuses on running pre-qualified, warm leads for homeowners interested in high-quality bath conversions and luxury remodels as well as generating your own additional leads to boost your income and growth potential. If you're energetic, eager to learn, and ready to earn, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners to present and sell Lifespan's bath remodel solutions
  • Run company-provided pre-qualified leads and develop self-generated leads
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products, pricing, and sales process
  • Manage leads, follow up on past clients, and generate referrals and repeat business
  • Re-engage ("rehash") with unsold appointments to close additional sales
  • Clearly communicate sold projects with the production manager
  • Report lead results and activity daily in our online CRM
  • Collaborate with teammates and motivate one another to succeed
  • Set annual income goals with the General Manager and build a plan to achieve them
  • Occasionally attend weekend appointments and trade shows
  • Drive safely and responsibly to and from appointments

    • What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (in-home preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • iPad for digital presentations and CRM use
  • Ability to pass a background check
