What Youll Be Doing :

We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to help us scale and transform the IT processes for Grow Therapy and who will work on systems integration scalable infrastructure improvements and workflow automation. Youll be part of a remote-friendly team of six IT professionals reporting directly into the Director of IT. Your responsibilities will include :

• Design implement and maintain core IT infrastructure systems ensuring reliability scalability and security across identity device network and SaaS environments.
• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives by gathering requirements from IT Support Security HR and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that reduce operational overhead and improve overall system performance and consistency.
• Evaluate select and apply appropriate technologies such as scripting configuration management cloud services integration tools and emerging automation platforms to solve infrastructure and business process challenges.
• Own technical documentation change management processes and rollout planning to ensure systems are well-documented auditable and aligned with IT governance and compliance expectations. Strong project leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Continuously monitor and improve the IT environment by identifying bottlenecks reliability issues and opportunities to enhance scalability standardization and operational efficiency.

Hybrid Commitment : $133000$166000 USD Annually

This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC San Francisco or Seattle hub location three days per week : Tuesday Wednesday Thursday ) or fully remote. Both arrangements include travel 23 times per year (e.g. company and department offsites).

The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors including relevant experience qualifications and the candidates working location.
