About the Hospital and Department:

• Position will manage a 25 bed ED with over 35k annual visits and a team of 50+ FTE's
• Well supported by a Nurse Manager, team of Charge Nurses and an Educator
• Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer

Qualifications & Requirements for Emergency Department Director (RN)

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required / Master's preferred
• Active RN License
• CEN is a plus!
• 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
• 2+ years of ER leadership experience required
• Energetic and dynamic leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
• Demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience
