Circle is looking for a dynamic Compliance Operations Enablement Analyst to drive Compliance Operations' ability to scale safely and consistently. In this role, you'll support end-to-end operational change across training delivery, implementation coordination, and reporting. You'll ensure work is accurate, well-governed, and delivered to a high standard. You'll be the operational backbone of our enablement work, ensuring the team is ready, supported, and set up to perform to a high standard. You will independently run multiple workstreams with minimal day-to-day instruction, using strong judgement to resolve ambiguous or complex issues and keep initiatives moving. You'll contribute to improving our processes and tooling: spotting friction, proposing fixes, and implementing better ways of working.

Base Pay Range: $112,500 - $147,500
