Cardiac Technician - Treadmill

At our state-of-the-art facilities, professional medical staff assist patients with Treadmill Stress Testing to monitor and diagnose heart health, blood pressure, EKG and exhaustion levels.

If you have meticulous technical and patient care skills, you could help the Outpatient Cardiology department at Straub deliver quality, compassionate cardiac care to our patients and their families. The Cardiac Technician performs Treadmill tests in the Cardiology department including patient preparation, data recording and maintenance of the cardiology work area. We are looking for someone with an exceptional sense of quality control in patient care, the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and a commitment to deliver the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.

Minimum Qualifications: High school or equivalent. Completion of EKG course. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in cardiac technical field of one year or greater performing treadmill test, holter analysis. Six (6) months or more performing pacemaker checks.
