Provisioning Analyst

An enterprise revenue cycle organization is seeking 3 User Provisioning Specialists to support a surge in account setup requests driven by organizational growth and new customer onboarding. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate user access across systems.

• Responsibilities :
• Process user account creation and access setup requests in accordance with established policies.
• Manage Active Directory accounts, including permissions, group memberships, and role assignments.
• Handle user terminations and ensure proper deprovisioning of access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
• Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Prior experience in User Account Creation and Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, permissions, and security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot access issues across multiple systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr.
