Entry Level Quality Tester

Staff Management | SMX is seeking Quality Testers! This is an entry-level position testing our client's company products to ensure they perform correctly. No experience is necessary! Prior experience in quality testing is a plus! Climate controlled, light-duty, seated environment in a safe and supportive work environment. Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm for 2 months of training then transition to 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. . Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.43 / hour Duties: Inspects incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizes re-work and waste, and inputs data into quality database. . Position Requirements: Can sit and/or stand as desired. Must be able to read and write English and follow directions. Paid training will be provided. Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 20 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
