Duties
Must be computer literate, word, excel, google documents, Bluebeam, and others as required.
Work in Procore, there are training videos they can watch at work or home to familiarize themselves.
Manage multiple projects at same time.
Able to read blueprints
Able to read and understand requirements of specifications
Not be afraid to ask questions, be able to take criticism if they don't ask questions!
Work with vendors to get best pricing available.
Assemble submittals, either from vendors or from computer files.
Assemble Operation and maintenance manuals for all projects.
Code invoices from vendors for projects they are in charge of.
Submit pay applications on a timely basis.
Read and understand budget adjustment forms and be able to explain
Work with superintendents to get material on site in a timely manner.
Understand and discuss labor reports with superintendents
