Responsibilities
·
Perform all types of residential and commercial
maintenance to include: Carpentry, Drywall, Basic plumbing and electrical,
flooring and tile, assembly and installation, painting and much more.
Qualifications
·
10+ years of Construction and Handyman
experience.
·
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
·
Knowledge in broad range of residential and
commercial maintenance.
·
Excellent customer service and communication
skills.
·
Must be driven to be successful, timely, and
reliable.
