Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health Care at Achilles Home Health

Serving : Philadelphia, Montgomery, Lehigh, Berks & Northampton Counties, PA

Pay : $23-$38 / hour

Flexible schedules | 1 : 1 care | Start working ASAP

Join Achilles Home Health, the trusted provider of in‑home care since 2000, known for compassionate, high‑quality services right in patients' homes. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll be supported by one-on-one training and 24 / 7 clinical staff support to deliver exceptional care.

What You'll Do as an LPN

Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes - administer meds, follow care plans
Collaborate with families, case managers, and physicians
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance
Foster dignity, respect, and compassionate care in every visit

✅ What We're Looking For

Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Pennsylvania

Reliable transportation to reach clients in your county

Strong communication, time management, and empathy

Pediatric or developmental disability experience is a plus but not required
