What You’ll Do as a Fitness Coach


You’re not just running a workout — you’re creating an experience.

• Lead and energize members through science-backed, pre-designed Orangetheory workouts
  
  
• Coach proper form, offer real-time corrections, and ensure member safety
  
  
• Help members set goals and celebrate progress
  
  
• Build genuine connections so members feel seen, supported, and motivated
  
  
• Confidently use and demonstrate all studio equipment
  
  
• Learn and apply the science of heart-rate–based interval training
  
  
• Show up as a supportive, positive team player
  
  

What We’re Looking For:


Required:

• CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Current fitness certification
  
  
• Group fitness, personal training, or performance coaching experience
  
  
• Comfort speaking to groups and bringing high energy
