Director of Capital Markets

A company is looking for a Director of Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage execution and administration of complex financial transactions and collaborate with banking partners

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and prepare analysis for internal leaders

Contribute to strategic initiatives including M&A and global expansion, and prepare materials for Board presentations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting

7+ years of experience in corporate, investment banking, or capital markets

Experience executing financial transactions such as credit facilities and mortgage-secured loans

Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with advanced proficiency in analytical and financial modeling

Strong working knowledge of financing principles and loan documentation
