Stops at risk behavior of others and self./liliFollow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules./liliTake direction and respond to supervision./liliUse proper personal protective equipment./liliPresent a professional appearance and conduct./liliUnderstand reporting systems, and of the environment./liliTransport small equipment, tools, chairs, tables, straighten areas, such as lobbies, conference rooms, Pick up trash, recycling, and compost bins and transport to proper disposal areas, Light Vacuuming, Dusting, Restocking supplies./liliIn between events will be asked to clean drop in desktops, Assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms break rooms, Damp mop floors, Restroom cleaning, Glass cleaning, Restock and organize supplies in janitorial closets and storage areas, clean elevators, Spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets, and dust open common spaces/li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliMust have reliable transportation/liliLess than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education experience./liliAbility to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers./liliAbility to print clearly and speak simple sentences./liliAbility to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers./liliKnow how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s./liliKnow the American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and measures such as, cups, pints, quarts, gallons, etc./liliRequired to have a valid drivers license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time, will also require you have proof of vehicle registration and insurance./liliBilingual is a plus, not required./li/ulpstrongCompensation:/strong $17.50-$18.50 per hour/ppstrongShift:/strong Monday - Friday 5am-1:30pm/ppSBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal-opportunity workplaces.
