Responsibilities:
Baystate Health's Patient Service Representatives provide administrative and unit support to a multidisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional, patient-centered care. The Patient Service Representative works under the supervision of a Practice Supervisor or Manager and focuses on learning workflows, procedures, and systems while developing strong customer service and operational skills.

Full-time, 40 hours a week Monday through Friday, 6:30am-3pm No weekends, No holidays

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, required At least 6 months in a medical office setting, preferred Great interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment a MUST Medical terminology, keyboard, Microsoft office products, schedule systems, medical records (electronic and paper), billing, basic math, language, reading and writing, customer service
