Our software handles the complexity of planning corporate eventsfrom executive offsites to global conferencesmaking it easier for teams to meet up in real life. Weve already planned events for world-class companies like Google and Amazon and were just getting started.

The Role This is a zero-to-one operations role . You will take messy fast-moving workflows and turn them into systems that are simple teachable and scalablewithout losing the human care that defines us. Youll sit at the intersection of ops product dev and customers helping us move faster and cleaner as we grow.

What Youll Do

• Event Ownership (80%) : Manage the end-to-end ops flow for multiple events simultaneously. Youll be the point person for prioritizing urgent issues and maintaining on-brand verbal and written communication with clients.
• Scalable Infrastructure (20%) : Partner with engineering to translate customer feedback into product requirements (Linear / Jira). You will turn tribal knowledge into playbooks onboarding docs and templates that anyone can use.
• Process Evolution : Continuously identify what should be simplified automated or eliminated. Youll be building the systems that the rest of the company will eventually run.
