Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Our business is growing and we are seeking an Assembler Entry-Level. This position is located in Okmulgee , Oklahoma and the schedule is 3rd Shift, Sunday- Thursday (10 : 30 PM to 7 : 00 AM) .

Hourly Rate of Pay : $18.78-$22.71 per hour with occasional overtime available. Also includes a $ 2.40 -per-hour shift differential.

This offer includes a one-time signing bonus of $1,000 which will be grossed-up to cover the tax withholdings. The first half will be paid after your 90th-day and the second half after you have successfully completed your probationary period of 180-days. If you voluntarily resign from the company before completing one year of employment, you will be required to reimburse the company within 30 days of your resignation.

Our facility is located at 1204 W. 20th St. Okmulgee, OK 74447.

Objective :

• Assemble pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of a production line.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

Hanging and unhanging parts and pieces for assembly, pre-paint, and final paint production.

Shop Supervisor Physical Requirements : A very mobile position requiring lots of walking on concrete floors. Must be able to bend, squat, reach, and grab parts and inspect machinery. Must be able to wear PPE, personal protective equipment required to move throughout the shop. This position requires mobility around heavy machinery, forklifts, and loud noise.
