Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a manufacturing industry Must have cost and inventory experience. Proficiency in tax compliance and familiarity with relevant tax laws and regulations Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Plant Controller. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $135,000 to $190,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with the Global Controller and Finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Manage interstate tax compliance efforts.
