Program Manager I

This role is an entry-level program management position at Amazon focused on coordinating straightforward projects while developing core program management skills. As a Program Manager I, you'll be :

Project Coordination :

Coordinate the delivery of straightforward projects and goals

Define project requirements clearly

Facilitate project progress across teams

Track and communicate project status

Communication & Escalation :

Identify and communicate project blockers effectively

Increase visibility of project issues to stakeholders

Learn to escalate issues appropriately through proper channels

Advise peers and managers on project matters

Decision Making :

Make trade-offs between time and resources

Support tactical execution of project plans

Learn to manage project implementation effectively

2+ years of program or project management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
