Program Manager I
This role is an entry-level program management position at Amazon focused on coordinating straightforward projects while developing core program management skills. As a Program Manager I, you'll be :

Advise peers and managers on project matters
Decision Making :
Make trade-offs between time and resources
Support tactical execution of project plans

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
