Program Associate (Part-Time)

Location : Washington, DC (Flagship; In-person)

Schedule : Saturday and Sunday (8-hour shifts) 7am-4pm will be determined by hiring manager so flexibility is highly encouraged

Hourly Rate : $21.00hr-$22.50hr based on experience Status : Part-Time, Non-Exempt

What You'll Do :

• Build positive rapport with clients through routine contact
• Assist with program setup and closing (meals, toiletries, laundry, cleaning)
• Serve meals and conduct intake and wellness screenings
• Respond to client needs, de-escalate crises, resolve conflicts, and enforce program rules
• Complete documentation (activity sheets, reports, incident reports)
• Support care coordination tasks (referrals, residency forms)
• Collaborate with volunteers and partner agencies
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement activities
