[job_card.job_description]Work in a non-invasive cardiology setting providing cardiac ultrasound procedures Adult patient population in a Level 1 Trauma environment Performs transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms Monday through Friday PM shifts from 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM Main responsibilities include performing and interpreting echocardiographic studies, preparing patients and equipment, and assisting physicians during studies May be required to assist with transesophageal procedures and support in procedure rooms Team members are expected to act as resources for other staff and assist with quality and accreditation processes Any solid color scrub set is allowed but must be purchased by the employee Candidate must live at least 50 miles from the facility; no local travelers accepted Returning travelers who were previously employed full-time may have additional eligibility checks Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cardiac sonographer in a hospital or trauma setting Experience working in a Level 1 Trauma environment is required Active TX license required if applicable Current BLS and either RCS or RDCS certification required Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient Flu vaccination is mandatory during flu season; no exemptions are granted Two references required for consideration High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
