We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Customer Acquisition Specialist to foster positive relationships with customers for our clients by analyzing issues and assisting them in making financially beneficial decisions within a retail setting. Customer Acquisition Specialist are also responsible for receiving and analyzing feedback to make our services more enjoyable.
Customer Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:
Collect client feedback about their experience.
Develop relationships with clients and key personnel.
Elevate complaints and feedback to the relevant departments.
Meet with clients to establish their needs.
