Licensed Behavior Specialist (Full-Time)

As we continue to expand access to high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, our Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) play a vital role in overseeing case management, guiding clinicians, and ensuring effective, evidence-based treatment across clinic, home, school, and community environments throughout Lower Bucks County. This full-time position offers structured daytime hours with flexibility for two evening shifts per week, competitive salaried pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for clients ages 2–18.
Location : Primarily Newtown and surrounding community locations, with travel throughout Lower Bucks County (including our Warminster clinic) Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM + two evening shifts as needed Compensation : Salaries starting at $60,000 , with additional pay based on experience
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment programs, including behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition plans
- Conduct assessments such as functional analyses and other behavioral or skill-based evaluations
- Observe clients and staff across a variety of settings, including clinic, school, home, and community locations
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities
- Conduct new client intakes and create responsive treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with families, doctors, schools, insurance companies, and other service providers
- Support and guide clinicians delivering one-on-one ABA services to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a compassionate, ethical approach that aligns with Potential Inc.'s mission and values
